Prizes and Awards
Certificates• All finishers under 2 hours will receive a certificate.
• Certificates will be awarded to all age category winners both Male & Female.
• Corporate team participants will be mailed certificates after the event.
11.0km Fun Run
1st Male & Female receive $300 Hobart Sports Centre voucher plus $300 cash and the GT Briggs memorial trophy donated by Hobart City Council and Glenorchy City Council and a medallion.
2nd Male & Female receive $200 Hobart Sports Centre voucher and a medallion.
3rd Male & Female receive $100 Hobart Sports Centre voucher and a medallion.
7.0km Fun Run
1st Male & Female receive $200 Hobart Sports Centre voucher.
2nd Male & Female receive $100 Hobart Sports Centre voucher.
3rd Male & Female receive $50 Hobart Sports Centre voucher.
2.7km Fun Run
1st Male & Female receive $150 Hobart Sports Centre voucher.
2nd Male & Female receive $75 Hobart Sports Centre voucher.
3rd Male & Female receive $30 Hobart Sports Centre voucher.
Teams
Corporate Category (3 members to count)
Winning teams will receive a Perpetual Shield. All participating teams will go into a prize draw to win $500 cash in each of the 7km and 11km events, kindly donated by Veolia Environmental Services. Also $100 for Best Team Name and $100 for Largest Team Entry.
Spot Prizes
Spot prizes will be drawn randomly from all finishers in all catagories.
Winners have to be in attendance.
• Ten prizes of $100 cash
• Three $60 lunch vouchers donated by Wrest Point
• One competitor in each of the 2.7km & 7km secondary school runs will win a special prize plus $500 worth of sporting equipment for their school from Hobart Sports Centre.
